The Starved, Malnourished Endangered Species of Rogues in Robes

There is no consolation from allevii’s post for Justices Vicente Roxas and Jose Sabio, Jr. that Justices of the Court of Appeals-Supreme Court of the Philippines are really involved in big time highway robbery. Thirty Eight Millions. Then, One Hundred Millions or more. Just for eight defendants. My, my! Meralco, step aside. GSIS, start panicking.

They look decent. You see them since the 1980s, wheeling and dealing with low voices in hotels, five-star restaurants, posh offices, inside their cars, inside ballet performances, in museums and galleries, but they also even have the temerity to talk in street sidewalks, in front of dirty burger stands, in many sleazy places just to be able to run away with a major amount of loot in the end. As far back as it goes, hundreds of millions for instance, was paid just for a steel blooming mills company to be acquired and taken over by a Chinese conglomerate. Nothing is really new today.

And specially now, absolutely no one is exempt from paying tribute. The little shred of etiquette flew out of the windows. Everyone, however clean, or extremely filthy and foul-smelling, however notorious and criminal, is very very much welcome!

Only the lawyers of defendants appear to know this. Supreme Court should investigate this long ongoing trend of acquitting drug lords, operators of big time drug trafficking syndicates.

Are they really that hungry always? Are they really that impoverished? Are they actually malnourished? Suffering from kwashiorkor, marasmus and other manifestations of starvation? Tsk, tsk! The poor, poor Justices.

Nevertheless, the authentic poor will always revolt at the kind of imaginarily starved justices and the decisions they dispense with in this country, particularly after their recent act of screwing the Muslims, the foreign back up mechanism for the peace process and after causing the artificial war in Mindanao to officially start. In the bitter end, the very kind of unclean people that pay them to be fixers, atsoys and atsays, chimoys and chimays, might just want to stick them up in classic sting deals and kill them in the process. That is not uncommon.

Misplaced zealotry of Destabilization Forces

The male senator whose name resembles that of a little girl and who talks like a demure lady recently went berserk on national television last night saying that Gloria’s peace talks is the cause of the war in Mindanao. This smacks of the misplaced zealotry of the destabilization forces. People will be dying one after the other, properties damaged, the ecology and economy destroyed in Mindanao but these people will perennially be looking for the little tiny things to create chaos and trouble with in the country. They will never stop. Whether you put them in Mindanao, Visayas or Luzon, they will keep doing what they are doing now. Damn!

I agree with allevii that there is no justification for critics’ false claims, e.g. Manolo Quezon III’s declaration that the MILF is just out to get accreditation as member-representative of the Organization for the Islamic Conference (OIC) and it does not need the MOA on Ancestral Domains or even the peace talks in general. Also as The Archangel Blog says, first the Philippines has been granting ancestral domains to all the tribes in the country for the past 14-15 years. Second, the mainstream MILF and MNLF organizations have long since bonded together. Such hyfalutin garbage this Manolo is spurting, is not surprising indeed, coming from someone who said this in his own blog:

My personal, unpopular, belief is that the history of Mindanao itself, and the history of Muslim minorities in other nations, makes it impossible to integrate Muslims into a Filipino state. We have tried since the 1930s but only turned ourselves into little brown imperialists in the process.

Muslim Mindanao should be given independence, with an indemnity to set any such state firmly on its feet, and then securely cordoned off. If possible, Christian areas in Indonesia should be swapped for our Muslim areas and then people might actually then -and only then- learn to live in peace.

The little boy blue of retired Gen. De Villa (who recently led renegades of the Association of Generals and Flag Officers to denounce the government’s peace process involving talks with MILF) has been predicting the war in Mindanao quite prophetically. And his agency has been the main source of supposed intelligent information (?) of Malacañang. Oh, really now. How coordinated! Government and De Villa, a destabilizer, working in complete synchronicity, wow! One the prophet, and the other is the Redeemer! One is the prophet John The Baptist, the other is the Redeemer Jesus! Susmaryopaze!

As we watch the drama unfold, a lot of mysteries will come to light. The problem, using the parallel with the mysteries of the Rosary to the Blessed Virgin Mary, is that neither are these mysteries blessed nor holy. It’s high time we put these lousy sanamabitches to rest… Blogging is not nearly enough to threaten these people. More will suffice to finally make them realize the skewed focus of their demented brains… mostly make them rot underground…

It appears that the Muslim Mindanao represented by MILF and the government’s peace talks is being killed successfully by the enemy. As both Corrimao and Shimshon say, there will be more provocateur acts making the artificially created war in Mindanao look more fearsome and extremely threatening.

 

Meanwhile, in the spirit of the marvelously excellent trouble making powers of the extremist left, Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) and its military arm, New People’s Army (NPA), their attacks are getting closer and closer to Metro Manila. Clearly, an anti-thesis to the rejectionists’ line of urban insurrection that the reaffirmist, Joma Sison loyalists abhor.

The inevitable comes. MILF has no control over the situation. Breakaway groups that will not recognize the leadership of the grand old man, Salamat Hashim and his successors, will take the law into their hands. Many issues, many forces, are at play. But the delay in the peace talks is extremely dubious. Why strike after the peace process was minutely distracted by low-level politicians in Mindanao, Senators and Puno and company in Manila? Why? It appears to be a coordinated, well planned torpedo operation. It all began with the shooting down of the postponement of the Elections in ARMM. Then the questioning of the supposed secrecy in the peace process. Then the TRO by the Supreme Court. Then the elections that are at their best will result in nothing good for Muslim Mindanao. Then the attack with force supposedly at North Cotabato and the saber rattling by a local government group that does not recognize the MILF, the GRP and the committee for cessation of hostilities, much more a Muslim or any other tribe in Mindanao. Soon it might lead to war. And all the nation will be the losers, just for the folly, unforgiveable greed and sheer callousness of some fellowmen…  Read more about the post here…
